What is a membership?

What are the technical requirements in order to use the calculator?
In general: You need a standard webbrower of modern date like Internet Explorer 6/7/8 or Firefox 2/3 as well as a connection to the internet. To be more specific: A HTML 4.01 and CSS 2.01 capable browser supporting jpeg and png images. Support for JavaScript is beneficial, but not requiered. Access to the internet through IP port 80 (http). In order to improve accessibility on many different systems with different privacy settings, the use of frames, cookies and animations have been avoiding.
